Different Taste Buds.........

Who doesn't like Macaroni or Spaghetti?? And noodles??? Well I'm a huge fan of those. Macaroni and Spaghetti have roots in Italy but some believe they were from Chinese with a similar resemblance to noodles. All three made of flour and nutritional level can be brought up by adding different flavours and ingredients. So here are some of the selected recipes for your taste buds and they contain a good level of nutrition too.

Chinese Noodles With Shrimps and Cuttlefish 

Ingredients
600g of Noodles
400g shrimps
300g cuttlefish cut into rings
160g cut leeks
160g sliced carrot
160g cut cabbage
a clove of Garlic chopped
3 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp chili paste
1 tbsp finely chopped lemon grass
4 tbsp Coconut oil
Salt & Pepper to taste

Method

  1. Take a suitable Wok pan and heat it. Add oil let it heat up and then add garlic, lemon grass, shrimps and cuttlefish and temper.
  2. Add salt and pepper to your taste.
  3. After 4 minutes or so add Cabbage, Leek and carrot to it. Finally add Soy sauce and chili paste and stir a bit and add the noodles. Serve hot. 


Deviled Macaroni with Cheese


Ingredients
400g cooked Macaroni
100g Spring onion cut
100g Capsicum cut
200g Tomatoes cut
2 tbsp chopped Onion
1 tbsp chopped Garlic
160g grated cheese
Some curry leaves fried
3 tbsp oil
3 tbsp tomato sauce
2 tbsp chili paste and salt and pepper

Method

  1. Heat a pan and add oil, garlic onion, capsicum, salt and pepper and temper for a while.
  2. Add tomato sauce and spring onion to it then.
  3. When it is well tempered add cheese and tomatoes. Add chili paste and mix well. Finally add the macaroni and serve hot.
Minced Chicken Spaghetti with Cheese and curry leaf paste

Ingredients
200g Boiled Spaghetti 
200g minced chicken
8 cloves of garlic
2 green chili
50g finely chopped and deep fried onion
50g grated cheese
4 deep fried dry red chili cut into pieces
4 tbsp oil
some curry leaves
salt and pepper to taste

Method
  1. Take a pan and heat oil. Add minced chicken seasoned with salt and pepper earlier.
  2.  Now make a paste combining curry leaves, garlic, green chili.
  3.  When the chicken is well cooked add the paste and cook for sometime more and do not let the colour change.
  4. Finally add the cheese, fried chili flakes and onion and add salt and pepper to taste and then pour over the boiled spaghetti.
