Creative Coffee Creations..... Everyday Coffee Recipes New In Taste!!!

Hullo people!!! It's time for some cool recipes. Today I thought of posting about Coffee recipes because today is a day that I can humbly say I totally survived because of Coffee (That's because I had a bad stomach and mom was giving me black coffee all the time). Personally I'm a tea person but on rare occasions like when I get a stomachache or when I need to stay awake for long periods, I get along with coffee. I know everyone can make a cup of coffee, but can you make an exceptional signature cup of coffee that everyone will love? Or do you know the exact way of making a cappuccino? I know these are everyday recipes but check out these recipes and I'm sure you'll find something interesting! :)

Iced Coffee Recipe

Ingredients (for one glass of iced coffee 250ml)
1 1/2 to 2 tbsp Nescafe or dark brown coffee powder
150 ml milk
3 tbsp sugar (white)
1/4 teaspoon of the mixture made from equal amounts of ground cardamom and cinnamon
50ml of whipped cream
10ml of chocolate syrup
a drop of Vanilla essence 

Method

  1. First, heat the milk, sugar and Nescafe in a different jug until they are bubbling a little. The add the 1/4 teaspoon of the ground Cardamom and Cinnamon mixture and Vanilla essence and mix well. Cool up to room temperature.
  2. Then take out the glass you are about to serve. pour the chocolate syrup to the bottom and then add the prepared coffee drink. Chill for 30 minutes. When serving add a scoop of whipped cream.

Famous Coffee Cake Recipe

Ingredients
3 teaspoons of Nescafe or coffee
4 eggs
250g flour
250g sugar
250g Margarine or butter
2/3 cup of sweetened milk
3 teaspoons of baking powder
2 drops of Vanilla essence
1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon and cardamom mixture
50g of chopped cashew nuts to decorate

Method
  1. In a large bowl, beat the sugar and margarine until they are in a creamy form. The one by one add the eggs and beat well.
  2. Sift flour with baking powder three times and keep aside.
  3. Add the Nescafe to milk and keep aside. Then to the sugar, egg and margarine mixture add coffee and flour alternatively in small amounts and beat well. Add Vanilla, cardamom and cinnamon mixture and fold lightly. Grease a cake tray and pour the mixture and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  4. Heat the oven to 180 degree Celsius and bake for about 40 minutes. 
  5. Garnish with coffee icing and cashew nuts.

Coffee Icing Recipe

Ingredients
2 teaspoons of Nescafe
100g margarine
200g icing sugar
a drop of Vanilla essence

Method
Mix Nescafe in a tbsp of hot water. Beat margarine and icing sugar and add coffee and Vanilla.


Coffee Ice Cream

Ingredients
3 tbsp of Nescafe (change the amount to your taste)
2 cups of milk
2 cups of heavy cream
1 cup of sugar
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 semisweet chocolate chips

Method
  1. Mix the Nescafe with milk well and keep aside.
  2. In a large bowl, stir together the milk, cream, sugar, salt, vanilla extract until the sugar has dissolved. 
  3. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer’s instructions. After about 10 minutes into the freezing, add the chocolate chips. After the ice cream has thickened, about 30 minutes later, spoon into a container and freeze for 2 hours.
