If I say that "world cannot move forward without these smart gadgets" I may not be wrong. In fact, they have become so much revolutionizing that they are no longer the simply said "phone" (duh!) but smarter, newer, modified versions to assist you in every possible way.
10. HTC EVO 4G
A production by HTC Coporation which was released on 4th June, 2010. This 170g smartpone has a large 4.3-inches (480-by-800) TFT LCD capacitive touch screen display with a pixel density of 216 pixels per inch. Initially many customers complained few defects and not enough battery life but later solutions were soon released.
9. SAMSUNG INFUSE 4G
This falls under android smartphone first released on 15th May 2011. With a display of 4.5-inch 480 × 800 px WVGA super Super AMOLED Plus at 207 ppi, Samsung Infuse 4G weighs 129g with dimensions of 132 mm in length, 71 mm in breadth and 9 mm in thickness.
8. MOTOROLA ATRIX
Introduced in the first quarter of 2011 by Motorola with an NVIDIA Tegra 2 dual core processor. It's also the first phone to use the PenTile qHD display with 24-bit graphics. Dimensions include 117.75 mm length,
63.50 mm width and 10.95 mm thickness and weighs approximately 135g. Another specification includes Atrix being one of the first devices which integrated the Ubuntu-based 'Webtop' application from Motorola.
7. HTC TITAN II
This comes with dimensions 132 x 69 x 13 mm while it weighs about 147 g. Display is a S-LCD capacitive touchscreen in 16M colors with a size of 480 x 800 pixels in 4.7 inches (199 ppi) and allows mutlitouch feature. Operation system- Microsoft Windows Phone 7.5 Mango.
6. MOTOROLA DROID RAZR MAXX
First launched 11th November, 2011, Droid RAZR Maxx's twin, Droid RAZR is the world's thinnest smartphone with a record of 7.1mm thickness when the Droid RAZR has a thickness of 8.99mm . Key features include110 mm super active-matrix organic light emitting diode (AMOLED) advanced PenTile display, covered in a Gorilla glass screen and a kevlar back plate. It's length is 130.7mm, width 68.9mm and weighs 145g. CPU is 1.2 GHz dual-core ARM Cortex-A9 and same as Motorola Atrix 4G, it has the integrated Ubuntu-based 'Webtop' application from Motorola.
5. SAMSUNG NEXUS S 4G
Manufactured by Samsung Electronics for the brands Samsung and Google, this smartphone became the first to use Android 2.3 "Gingerbread" operating system, and the first Android device to support Near Field Communication (NFC) in both hardware and software. Its first release records 16th December, 2010. It weighs about 129g with dimensions of 123.9 mm in length, 63.0 mm in width and 10.8 mm in thickness. The smartphone comes with four variations targeting different markets.
4. HTC ONE X
An android smartphone designed by HTC with Android 4.0.3 mobile operating system with the HTC Sense 4.0 graphical user interface. Initially announced on 26 February 2012, this smartphone includes dimensions of 134.36 mm length, 69.9 mm width and 8.9 mm thickness. It weighs around 130g. It has a CPU of 1.5 GHz quad-core ARM Cortex-A9.
3. NOKIA LUMIA 900
It's a Windows Phone 7.5-powered smartphone, first released on January 9, 2012 by Nokia with a ClearBlack AMOLED 800×480 capacitive touchscreen. Dimensions include 128 × 69 × 12 mm with a weight of 159 g. Features include higher capacity battery, 4G network support, a front-facing second camera, enabling picture from a video call, the lack of included headset and the lack of included rubber bumper case.
2. APPLE IPHONE 4S
So far the best introduced by Apple Inc. in October, 2011 with several modifications and new inventions. It's CPU is 800 MHz dual-core ARM Cortex-A9 while it weighs about 140g with dimensions of 115.2 mm in length, 58.66 mm in width and 9.3 mm in thickness. It's outer design is similar to its predecessor iPhone 4. Applications by default include Safari, Mail, Photos, Video, YouTube, Music, iTunes, App Store, Maps, Notes, Calendar, Game Center, Photo Booth, and Contacts. The newest introduction that comes with 4S is the automated voice command personal intelligent assistant; Siri. Also the rear camera includes a five element lens and an image signal processor.
1. SAMSUNG GALAXY S III
Succeeded in placing Samsung Galaxy II introduced by the Samsung Electronics in May,2012. This android smartphone is equipped with an intelligent personal assistant (S Voice), eye-tracking capability, wireless charging, and expanded storage. The international version of the smartphone is powered by a 1.4 GHz quad-core processor with 1 GB of RAM. Dimensions include a length of 136.6 mm, a width of 70.7 mm and a thickness of 8.6 mm with a weight of 133 g.
